Now in its third year, Our Space in Sport (OSIS) brings together athletes, coaches, advocates and experts to learn, connect, and reinforce the importance of girls in sport and sport for girls.

Despite growing participation numbers, many female and non‑binary athletes still lack access to affirming spaces, visible role models, and tailored education within sport. OSIS exists to change that — by creating a space that prioritizes identity, voice, leadership, and belonging.
